DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, Fla. – The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of former correctional officer Darwin Stinson. Stinson is charged with unlawful compensation and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
