Marvin Klinger, 51, of Lakeland, WINS $2 MILLION FROM THE 100X SCRATCH-OFF

TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery announces that Marvin Klinger, 51, of Lakeland, claimed a $2 million top prize from the 100X Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,605,000.00.

Klinger purchased his winning ticket from Store 11, located at 1405 North Combee Road in Lakeland. The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $10 game launched in January and gives players the opportunity to multiply the prize shown by up to 100 times! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.46.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 69 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $965 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2018-19.
