Mario Myles,Tallahassee, arrested in Jefferson County for murder and tampering with evidence

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Mario Myles, 35, of 8041 Goodwin Drive, Tallahassee yesterday on charges of second degree murder and tampering with evidence.

The charges are a result of the investigation into the November 1, 2019 murder of Therell Wayne Hall, Jr. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office located the body of Hall, 34, on an isolated portion of Springfield Road, leading to the investigation. FDLE agents were able to locate Myles near his residence in Tallahassee on Tuesday and he was arrested and booked into the Jefferson County Jail. The Office of the State Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit, will prosecute this case.

Jefferson County Sheriff Mac McNeill stated, “The arrest is a result of many long hours of investigative work. I would like to thank FDLE and the Leon County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance and hard work.”
