JASPER, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ Office of the Inspector General announced the arrest of correctional officers Ethan Burkett, Coty Wiltgen and William Shackelford. They have each been charged with felony malicious battery of an inmate and official misconduct by a public servant.
