Florida Correctional Officers Ronald Hendricks, Klinton Cooper and James MacArthur Arrested
CROSS CITY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Correctional Officers Ronald Hendricks, Klinton Cooper and James MacArthur. Hendricks is charged with tampering with and/or fabricating evidence, official misconduct and perjury when not in an official proceeding. Cooper is charged with tampering with and/or fabricating evidence, two counts of official misconduct and perjury when not in an official proceeding. Mac Arthur is charged with malicious battery, four counts of tampering with and/or fabricating evidence and four counts of official misconduct.
The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance from Jeff Siegmeister, State Attorney of the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida and Dixie County Sheriff Dewey H. Hatcher.
