Two Florida Correctional Officers Arrested

BUSHNELL, Fla. – The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of two Correctional Officers. Officer Donna Lea Fagan is charged with Grand Theft and Evidence Tampering. Officer Michael Feliciano is charged with Grand Theft, Evidence Tampering, and Malicious Battery.

Following the arrest, Fagan and Feliciano were transported to the Sumter County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office and State Attorney Brad King in the 5th Judicial Circuit.
