On Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at approximately 8:30 p.m. in a driving rain storm–Drug Task Force Investigator, Jason Vinson,, conducted a traffic stop in the area of Hwy 27 and Foley Cut Off road. Following a records check of the occupants, it was determined that the owner of the vehicle, Sabrina Lynn Owens, had outstanding felony warrants for Burglary of a Dwelling and Grand Theft. While being taken into custody, Owens was found to be in possession of and charged with methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
