TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Lottery announces that Rema Shaban, 42, of St. Augustine, claimed a $2 million top prize from the $10 MONOPOLY™ JACKPOT Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,430,000.00.

Shaban purchased her winning ticket from Pilot Travel Center, located at 1625 County Road 210 West in Jacksonville. The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $10 game, MONOPOLY JACKPOT offers more than $176 million in prizes, including eight top prizes of $2 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.44.

Scratch-Offs are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, generating more than $871 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in FY 2017-18, and comprising approximately 69 percent of ticket sales.
