I-10, Again…..

Madison County Sheriff Ben Stewart reports that on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 2:15 a.m. Deputy Martin Morris stopped a vehicle on State Road 14 at the 251 Interstate 10 interchange for committing a traffic violation. While talking with the driver (identified as Miller Bradley Joyner) Deputy Morris became suspicious of Joyner’s behavior. Deputy Morris requested consent to search the vehicle and was granted permission. During the search, Deputy Morris located an unmarked pill bottle in the center console that contained 7 Adderall pills. Joyner stated that he did not have a prescription for the pills. During further search Deputy Morris located a plastic bag that contained Psilocybin mushrooms concealed inside the driver side door pocket. A black backpack was located on the rear seat. Inside the backpack were several glass jars that each contained marijuana and THC wax. A digital scale and a glass smoking pipe were also discovered. Joyner was arrested without incident.
