Florida Correctional Officer Trainee Otis Pennywell Arrested
SNEADS, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Correctional Officer Trainee Otis Pennywell. Pennywell is charged with introduction of contraband, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Following the arrest, Pennywell was transported to the Jackson County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office and State Attorney Glenn Hess of the 14th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
