MONTICELLO, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Correctional Officer Carl Pyle. Pyle is charged with malicious battery by a correctional officer on an inmate.
Following the arrest, Pyle was transported to the Jefferson County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Mac McNeill and 2nd Judicial Circuit Chief Prosecutor Jack Campbell.
