FLHSMV: Declaration on the Death of Sergeant Master Hinton

Master Sergeant Hinton served 32 years with the Florida Highway Patrol. After graduating from the 77th recruiting class, his first job was in Troop F, Ft. Myers, and throughout his career, he served in the FHP Training Academy and the Criminal Interdiction Unit. Most recently, he served in the Office of Commercial Vehicle Compliance in Troop J, Ft. Myers.

Sergeant Master Hinton suffered a cardiac arrest during a training exercise and was transported to the Gulf Coast Hospital where he later died.
