CHIPLEY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of substance abuse counselor Amanda Patterson-Fenn. Patterson-Fenn is charged with unlawful compensation or reward for official behavior, unlawful use of two-way communication device and compounding felony.
