Former Contract Nurse Traci Mickel Arrested for Introduction of Contraband

RAIFORD, Fla. – The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of former Contract Nurse Traci Mickel. Mickel is charged with introducing contraband into a state correctional facility.

Following the arrest, Mickel was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office in the 8th Judicial Circuit.
