DORAL, Fla. – On August 2, an inmate assaulted a correctional officer at South Florida Reception Center.
Inmate Jerod Rollison (M91481) assaulted the officer at approximately 8:50 a.m. Inmate Rollison struck the officer in the face with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries. Inmate Rollison will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
RAIFORD, Fla. – On August 3, an inmate assaulted correctional officers at Union Correctional Institution.
Inmate Jean Blanc (B04503) assaulted the officers at approximately 1:48 a.m. Inmate Blanc became combative, head-butting one correctional officer and biting two others. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Medical staff examined the officers and noted injuries. Inmate Blanc will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
MAYO, Fla. – On August 3, an inmate assaulted a correctional officer at Mayo Correctional Institution Annex.
Inmate Kevin Murphy (K71975) assaulted the officer at approximately 7:30 a.m. Inmate Murphy struck the officer in the face. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Inmate Murphy will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
MILTON, Fla. – On August 3, an inmate assaulted a correctional officer at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution.
Inmate Brian McCoy (T24600) assaulted the officer at approximately 5:02 p.m. Inmate McCoy struck the officer in the back of the head. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Inmate McCoy will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
MILTON, Fla. – On August 4, an inmate assaulted a correctional officer at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution.
Inmate Grier McDonald (T48892) assaulted the officer at approximately 11:52 a.m. Inmate McDonald charged at the officer and struck the officer in the face. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Inmate McDonald will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.

Inmate Allrich Antoine (M55327) assaulted the officers at approximately 9:02 p.m. Inmate Antoine became combative and scratched the officers. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Medical staff examined the officers and noted injuries. Inmate Antoine will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
PERRY, Fla. – On August 6, an inmate assaulted correctional officers at Taylor Correctional Institution.
Inmate Quentin Bradley (C00374) assaulted the officers at approximately 2:12 p.m. Inmate Bradley became combative and began attacking both officers. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Medical staff examined the officers and noted injuries. Inmate Bradley will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
ORLANDO, Fla. – On August 7, an inmate assaulted a correctional officer at Central Florida Reception Center.
Inmate Jeremy Thomas (134487) assaulted the officer at approximately 7:35 p.m. Inmate Thomas became combative and kicked the officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
Inmate Thomas will receive a disciplinary report for this assault.
