The following notice has been posted at Taylor County Courthouse:
“The Judges and the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office want to take every measure to ensure the public safety and health of all those with business inside the Taylor County Courthouse.
“Due to the possible risk of spreading or contracting the ‘Coronavirus,’ ONLY those actually on the court docket (Defendants) will be allowed to enter the courtroom.
“Those who are just visiting or desiring to show support for a defendant are directed to leave the building unless you are conducting other courthouse business.
“If you are a defendant on the court docket, please try to keep adequate space between yourself and other defendants while inside of the courtroom.
“Thank you for your cooperation. By order of Circuit Court Judge Greg Parker.”
