Severe Weather Outlook for Today (June 03, 2018)

From the National Weather Service:

Scattered thunderstorms will pose a risk of damaging straight line winds again this afternoon and evening. The strongest storms will be capable of blowing down trees and power lines with some damage to sheds and outside equipment possible. Any location in the tri-state area is susceptible to strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, although there are some indications that the highest risk today will be located in southeast Alabama and adjacent sections of the Florida panhandle and southwest Georgia. The greatest threat is expected between a 2 pm to 11 pm time frame. The Storm Prediction Center outlook issued on Saturday night is attached.
