ORLANDO LOTTERY RETAIL CLERKS ARRESTED

TALLAHASSEE – This week, agents with the Florida Lottery’s Division of Security concluded an investigation that led to the arrest of a Florida Lottery retail clerk in Orlando.

Daisy Rosado, a store clerk at Wal-Mart, located at 11914 Narcoossee Road in Orlando, was arrested and charged with Grand Theft (violation of section 812.014 – (2)(c)(1)-3, Florida Statutes).

2nd ORLANDO LOTTERY RETAIL CLERK ARRESTED

TALLAHASSEE – This week, agents with the Florida Lottery’s Division of Security concluded an investigation that led to the arrest of a Florida Lottery retail clerk in Orlando.

Nicholas Kuntz, a former store clerk at Publix Liquor Store, located at 10248 Curry Ford Road in Orlando, was arrested and charged with Altering/Forging/Counterfeiting Lottery Tickets (violation of section 24.118 – (3)(c), Florida Statutes).

The Florida Lottery strives to protect the integrity of our games so players and retailers alike can be confident in the games we provide to benefit Florida’s students and schools. Our Division of Security is essential to ensuring the fairness of these games and works to identify, and take action against, any fraudulent activity involving our games.
