Justin Swanner, 32 years old, is wanted out of Jefferson County on two counts of Violation of Order of Protection issued April 2017. Swanner is 6’01”, 135lbs, Brown hair & Green eyes and was last known to be living in the Mt. Vernon area
Brandon Stokes, 28 years old, is wanted out of Jefferson County for Retail Theft & 2 additional traffic related warrants. Stoke’s Retail Theft
warrant was issued in March 2016. He’s 6’02”, 260lbs, Black hair & Brown eyes. Stokes was last known to be living in Mt Vernon area.
Paul Brown, 28 years old, is wanted out of Jefferson County on a Probation Violation warrant stemming from a Criminal Damage to Property charge, issued March 2016. Brown is 6’03”, 180lbs, Black hair & Brown eyes and
was last known to be living in the Mt. Vernon area.
Zackery Baker, 32 years old, is wanted out of Jefferson County for Failure to Appear (FTA) Delivery of a Controlled substance, issued September 2016. Baker is 6’02”, 210lbs, Brown hair & Green eyes and was last known to be
living in the Opdyke, IL area.
