JASPER, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Correctional Officer Uhlexus Loffmin. Loffmin is charged with one count of conspiracy to introduce contraband – controlled substance and one count of introduction of contraband.
Following the arrest Loffmin was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by State Attorney Jeff Siegmeister of the 3rd Judicial Circuit of Florida and the FDC Contraband Interdiction Unit for their assistance.
