Florida Correctional Officer Arrested
CLERMONT, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Correctional Officer Captain Shawn Bultema. Bultema is charged with perjury in an official proceeding and false official statement.
Following the arrest, Bultema was transported to the Seminole County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and State Attorney Brad King of the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
