FDLE arrests illegal immigrant, (Irving Mendoza, 42, Quincy), for possession of child pornography

QUINCY, Fla – FDLE agents, with assistance from the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO), arrested Irving Mendoza, 42, of 1009 West King Street, Quincy for 15 counts of possession of child pornography. 

It was discovered at the time of the arrest that Mendoza is an undocumented Mexican national in the United States illegally.

In September 2019, FDLE began investigating tips regarding the upload of child pornography. The investigation revealed that Mendoza was responsible for uploading numerous images of child pornography, depicting children between four and six years old.

Mendoza was booked into the Gadsden County Jail. The Office of the State Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit, will prosecute this case.
