ORLANDO, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Vocational Instructor Harold Gibosse. Gibosse is charged with grand theft.
Following the arrest Gibosse was transported to the Orange County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by State Attorney Aramis Ayala of the 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida and Orange County Sheriff John W. Mina.
