FDC OIG Investigations Result in Three Officer Arrests (Zachary Swain, Reneccia Bland and Captain Travis Asbell)

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. —  The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrests of correctional officers Zachary Swain, Reneccia Bland and Captain Travis Asbell. They have each been charged with official misconduct by a public servant.
