From the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office:
“Closed for Business” can now be said about this location following a Deputies Without Borders Operation in Taylor County.
During the early morning hours of August 31, a search warrant was executed at 5429 US Hwy 19 South in Perry. As a result of the search, deputies discovered Methamphetamine and Marijuana at the residence.
Thomas Ernest Craft 63 of Perry, was charged with possession of 14+ grams of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, possession of 20+ grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The Deputies Without Boarder initiative allows small agencies with limited budgets and resources to help one another with the support of our state agency partners. This operation included the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Corrections, Taylor CI K-9 Team.
