Civilian Arrested by FDC Office of the Inspector General

SANDERSON, Fla. – On May 29, the Florida Department of Corrections’ Office of the Inspector General (OIG) arrested Victoria Lynn Ice in connection with the escape of Inmate Shane Kizziah. Ice has been charged with introduction of contraband, perjury, and principal in the 1st degree to an escape.

Following the arrest, Ice was transported to the Baker County Jail for booking. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Baker County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office in the 8th Judicial Circuit.
